Civil Procedure B (LEX 6100)

Structure of the judicial system in the United States and the process of civil litigation from the commencement of an action through appeal. Subjects considered include jurisdiction, the relationship between state and federal courts, pleading, discovery and other pretrial devices, and trial and appellate review.

Meeting times:  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:10 - 11:05 a.m.
