SYLLABUS CIVIL PROCEDURE

LEX 6100

Professor L. C. Mann

Winter 2001

Class

This course meets Monday and alternate Wednesdays from 6:10 – 8:10 p.m. in Room 100.  Quality class participation is critical to your success.  I reserve the right to raise or lower grades by one step.  Quality participation is participation that reflects thoughtful preparation for class.  The helpfulness of the comments in answering questions, raising issues and correcting my infrequent mistakes are some of the things I recognize as quality participation.
