Mindy Nigoff, '03, has joined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Water Law Office as an Attorney-Adviser. She is located at the U.S.
Headquarters in Washington DC. Before joining she was a Presidential Management Fellow with the National Oceanic Atmospheric Association.
Mindy will be handling Clean Water Act litigation in addition to being the lead attorney for the proposed Carbon Sequestration Regulations under the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Patricia Nemeth, founding partner of Detroit-based employment law firm Nemeth Burwell, P.C., has been named to the Michigan Super Lawyers list for 2007. She was included on the list under her primary area of practice, Employment & Labor. Additionally, Nemeth is included on the Super Lawyers list of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in the state. This is the second consecutive year that Ms. Nemeth was included on the lists. Nemeth founded Nemeth Burwell, a boutique employment law firm, in 1992. Since that time she and Linda Burwell, who joined Nemeth as a partner in 1998, have grown the firm to 11 attorneys and more than 20 staff. Ms. Nemeth is active in professional and charitable groups and is a member of the Michigan Bar Association – Labor and Employment Section and the American Bar Association – Labor Section. She is an executive board member of Vista Maria in Dearborn Heights. Nemeth was also recently named to Detroit-based Inforum’s Inner Circle, a networking forum that recognizes and celebrates the achievements of the region’s top women executives. Nemeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate and LLM in Labor Law from Wayne State University School of Law. She is a member of the Michigan Bar and the Illinois Bar.
