Wayne State University Law School offers the only graduate Master of Laws (LLM) Program for practicing lawyers in Michigan. The program provides advanced study in three popular fields of specialization:
- Corporate and Finance Law
- Labor and Employment Law
- Taxation
The graduate program is offered primarily in the evening on a part-time basis, although full-time curricula combining day and evening courses can be arranged. The degree requirements can normally be met in one year of full-time study or from two to six years of part-time study.
Graduate courses are taught by full-time members of the Law School faculty and by leading practitioners from the metropolitan Detroit area. The interaction of professional educators and skilled, practicing lawyers is an added benefit to graduate study at the Law School.
