- Regular subscriptions: $25 per year
- Student subscriptions: $12 per year.

Subscriptions are on a prepaid basis; no subscriber will receive the Journal until his or her account is paid. The Journal must receive any change of address at least 80 days prior to distribution of the issues for which it is effective. No refunds will be given.
