The Journal of Law in Society (ISSN 1538-5876) invites the submission of unsolicited articles, comments, essays, and reviews. Article submissions should include an abstract of not more than 250 words.
1) Word processed in double-space (Microsoft Word preferred).
2) Citations should be in footnote form. Citations should generally conform to the current edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. English usage should generally conform to the current edition of The Chicago Manual of Style.
3) Paper submission should also consist of a disk copy.
4) We regret that we can return only those manuscripts for which we receive a self-addressed stamped envelope.
