The laptop exam pilot program, which was limited to a representative selection of classes last semester, has been completed and the results are in. Feedback was requested, and we received quite a number of responses from students who used their laptops, as well as a few people who didn't. All of the responses were positive! This bodes well for expansion of the program (which is anticipated). There were a few technical glitches, all of which were easily resolved. Thank you to all who participated!
Click here for the FAQs. We will be including a link shortly for the academic regulations, which now include the laptop exam policy.
Who we are
The Student Board of Governors (SBG), composed of an executive board elected by the entire student body and representatives elected by each class, works to serve the needs and protect the rights of the law students. Meetings are held every other week and students are encouraged to voice their opinions and suggestions in person or through their representatives. The Student Board appoints law students to serve on several important student-faculty committees; holds sweatshirt, t-shirt and used supplements sales; organizes school-wide and social charitable activities; and publishes the student newspaper, The Advocate.
